Payment

PayPal Visa/MasterCard/Solo/Switch Delivery: Most items are sent via royal mail 1st class "Signed for" for items of higher value or of considerable size and weight we use ups shipping international

 Delivery

Please e-mail us for a quote or request at the invoice stage of your purchase. We use royal mail international to dispatch smaller items (below 2kgs) and ups international for larger and higher value items delivery time depends on your location usually between 3-7 days please note we will not process your order until you have accepted the postage quote.

 Returns Policy

Contact us  within 14 days from the date you received the goods if you wish to return an item and then return the item within 14 days of this date. We will refund or replace the item (if possible) once the item has been returned to us and the problem confirmed.  (postage will not be refundable)

We try to describe our items as best as possible in most cases all accessories will be mentioned ie case caps hood etc. And shown in the photograph if it is not shown or mentioned then you can assume that it is not included and is "Sold as seen"

For most of our second-hand items we can offer a 3-month warranty, please contact us for details.

We are a professional wholesaler so we have standard opening hours 9-00am-5.30pm weekdays only. Emails will be responded to as quickly as possible but please allow time over bank holidays and weekends this also means we have a shop front and if you wish to come and see or try any items please contact us for more details
